Each layer has a special role...
1. UV Coating
this layer protects the wear layer from premature wear and scratches, this layer can be recoated over periods of wear.
2. The Wear Layer
is the element that gives the floor ultra durability, a clear, toughened layer.
3. The Print Film
is the decor layer, it is designed to offer the authentic appearance of wood and stone.
4. The Rigid Core
is a blend of stone and PVC to create an ultra stable floor that performs to the highest standard.
5. Built in Sound Reducing Foam Underlay
enables quick and easy installation and reduces sound transmission by upto 17db. It is bright green the mark of a quality ZEEZOO® floor.

Using the highest quality machinery from around the globe, we are able to create one of the best floors available.
Our distinguishable, pre-attached green underlay enables a speedy and mess free installation. However as well as being handy, the green iXPE foam backing is a sound reducing underlay, which can reduce noise transmission of upto 17db as a floating floor system. Making it an excellent flooring choice for apartments and hotels, where extra sound reduction is a necessity. We can also create higher ratings dependent on each project requirement.
Strict quality control measures are in place across our factory, at every level, to ensure the products we produce are of the highest standards.
Everything from the design layer, to the pre attached underlay, we make sure the quality is at the forefront of everything we produce.
Our lab testing facility, is in operation 24/7 to ensure each batch lives up to our stringent methods and meets all of our quality expectations.
As our products are used for some of the largest construction projects across the UK and Europe, we understand the need for quality and expectation to be first class at every stage, which is why this is our primary focus.
All of our products include the Uniclic patented click system. This world renowned, industry leading installation method is recognised as a simple, strong and user friendly system.
